- Open the message. Tap the suspicious conversation—do not tap its link. The suspicious conversation opens, showing the sender and message while its link remains untouched.
- Report the message when offered. Tap Report Spam or Delete and Report Spam when that choice appears. Reporting alone does not block the sender. The message is reported and removed when you choose the delete-and-report option.
- Open the sender. Tap the sender at the top of the message. The sender details appear.
- Open contact information. Tap Info. The contact-information screen opens.
- Block the sender separately. Tap Block Contact. The contact is blocked from calling or messaging you.
